A: Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit bracelet, anklet, or necklace that is welded closed instead of secured with a traditional clasp — meaning you wear it all the time without taking it off.

A: Not at all! The welding process is quick and completely painless. The spark only touches the metal, never your skin.

A: With proper care, your jewelry can last for years. It’s designed to withstand daily wear, but like any jewelry, it can stretch or break under excessive force.

A: You can simply snip it off with household scissors at the small welded jump ring. Keep the chain, and we can usually reweld it for a small fee if you want it reattached later.

A: Simply clean jewelry with non-abrasive soap and warm water. Ensure to rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. You can also use a jewelry polishing cloth to get your permanent jewelry back to its shiny state. Dainty & durable, but not indestructible. The longevity of the jewelry is directly influenced by care and lifestyle. If caught or shagged, the chain will break and/or stretch. 

For best longevity, avoid: 

• hot tubs

• salt water

• mineral water

• harsh chemicals

• cleaning products

• lotions and perfume

A: We offer a repair service! Bring in the chain, and we can reweld it for a small reweld fee. Please note: chains that are lost or heavily damaged may require purchasing a replacement.
